We’re not able to accept insurance for medical fees or membership fees, but some pharmacies may accept your health insurance for medication. We’ll ask for your insurance information during your online visit.

Currently, Medicare, Medicaid, and other state- or federally-funded plans cannot be used for any prescription written by an Alpha provider. If you have one of these plans, you will have to pay the cash price for medication, if your plan allows.

- We do not provide a Tax ID number, medical diagnosis, or diagnostic codes.
- Whether your specific HSA or FSA plan allows reimbursement for Hello Alpha services will depend on the plan's terms.
- We recommend contacting your HSA/FSA provider directly to inquire about reimbursement for out-of-pocket medical expenses.
For prescriptions:
- You generally can use your HSA or FSA to pay for prescriptions.
- Ask your Hello Alpha provider to send your prescription to your preferred pharmacy.
- Contact your HSA or FSA provider directly for instructions on how to submit a claim and any required documentation.
