A licensed doctor, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant will review your responses and share a treatment plan through secure messages in our platform. You’ll see the same provider at every visit.
Visits with the same provider
Your provider may prescribe medication after reviewing your information. Your prescription can be sent to Tower Pharmacy in Turlock, where it will be filled for $2—or to your preferred pharmacy for pickup. Tower Pharmacy offers shipping for medications.
Convenient $2 prescriptions
Thanks to funding from Legacy Health Endowment, you’ll have 12 free visits through Sonja Cares. After that, you may continue receiving care from Hello Alpha with an affordable plan.

Some treatment plans will require a lab test or a visit to an in-person doctor. We’ll help you find affordable, local providers and schedule any appointments or necessary lab tests.
Connecting you to what you need
Anyone 18 years or older who lives within one of the following 19 zip codes can sign up. People with Medi-Cal/Medicaid, Medicare or VA insurance are not eligible. For some health conditions, we can treat patients who are age 13 and above.

When you register for the program, you can indicate English or Spanish as your preferred language to use in messaging with your provider. When you submit a visit, we will do our best to match you with a provider who can message you about your treatment in your preferred language.
